WHEN WILL MY GIFT BOX ARRIVE?
All gift boxes are sent first class with Royal mail. Your gift box will usually arrive within 2-3 business days, however this is dependent on the Royal Mail.
I HAVE ENTERED THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have made an error in the shipping address, please get in touch with us straight away. We can make changes before the gift has been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot make any changes to the address or track the item. We cannot accept responsibility for an undelivered or lost item caused by an error in the shipping address.


CAN I SEND A PERSONALISED CARD WITH THE GIFT SET?                    Yes you can. Each gift box includes a beautiful complimentary personalised card, and you can add your own personal message once you've added your gift box to your basket.


MY GIFT BOX HASN'T ARRIVED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Delivery of our gift boxes by Royal Mail is usually very reliable. If unfortunately your gift set does not arrive on time we ask that you wait 3 days after the requested delivery date and then email us at giftsinthepost@gmail.com with your order number and we will contact Royal mail.


CAN I RETURN MY GIFT SET IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?
We take great care when putting together our gift boxes to ensure every gift set arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your gift please email giftsinthepost@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the gift set and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please do not try to send your gift box back.
