You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way so you can look forward to its arrival.

Within the UK is as follows:

24 Tracked - 1 Working Day Processing - 1-2 Days Delivery - £4.95

48 Tracked - 1 Working Day Processing - 3-5 Days Delivery - Free

Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the indicated timeframe. As you can imagine, once we have fulfilled your order and handed it over to Royal Mail, there can be unexpected delays with them, they will list anything on their website so please always check there.

 Although Covid is not affecting services as much as it has done in the past, things can change quickly and this may affect your order, please check with them.

Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?

Any items shipped overseas and incurring any customs charges due to the price or nature of product will be payable by the customer.



We have a 30 minute window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We will try and be as accommodating as possible but we try to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible sometimes we aren't able to edit orders.
